Meet Jessica

Jessica Gulley is the founder of Juggling Logistics and is a logistics wizard for service-based solopreneurs who are overwhelmed with the details in their business.  Jessica has worked with many companies and non-profits who have produced conferences. She has expertise in building sponsor prospectus’ and supporting sponsors for conferences.

PROPOSAL

All documents linked are either PDFs shared via Sheriff Harlow or created by Jessica Gulley via Google Drive.
All documents within Google Drive are “live” and can be edited by anyone with access.

PROPOSED SPONSOR PROSPECTUS (aka: “Sponsor Price List”)

Goal: To simplify the original proposed sponsor/vendor prospectus (aka: “price list”) to meet the timeline.

TRIAGE WORKFLOW

Goal: Connect with those who have verbally committed and share updated prospectus.

NEW VENDOR / SPONSOR WORKFLOW

Goal: Email networking with invitation to sponsor/donate.

Jessica will not research or solicit vendors/sponsors.

IMMEDIATE ACTIONS:

• Finalize Prospectus (or “Price Sheet”)

• Edit the Google Form with the sponsor/donor opportunities (rather than relying on email communication). To be finalized when prospectus is finalized.

  • Jessica will receive notification of Google Form submissions.

• Create a contract with payment link Click here for an example via PayPal. Physical check should be an option, too. (Venmo option via PayPal will be disabled if we choose to go live.)

  • Jessica will send contract and payment details either by business email (jess@jugglinglogistics.com) or via a VSA or BCSD email.

• Determine who will email those who have verbally committed and send email with link to prospectus and Google Form.

• Secure contact information for those who haven’t verbally committed and send “New Vendor” email (with link to prospectus and Google Form.)
